Room Rates: Minimum stay 2 nights £250, £100 third and subsequent nights.
An additional proper single bed can be put into any of the rooms at a cost of £50 per night. All rooms can take an additional two single beds at a cost of £80 per night.
All rooms have free wifi, TV/DVD players, sofa, mini fridge, kettle and Nespresso coffee-making facilities. Bedding is 100% cotton.
Breakfast is not available at Friars Ford, but there are several places within walking distance offering breakfast.
Lilac Room
This lovely large double room (22ft x 17ft) has a super-king sized (6ft) 'zip and link' bed that can be converted into twin 3ft beds. It faces West towards the Ridgeway, with views over the gardens, paddocks and River Thames. Large en-suite bathroom, with separate shower.
Blue Room
This beautiful, spacious (20ft x 19ft) room has a super-king sized (6ft) 'zip and link' bed that can be converted into twin 3ft beds.
The room has a triple aspect, looking West towards the river and the Ridgeway, South over the gardens and tennis court and East towards the Chilterns! En-suite bathroom with separate shower.
Tulip Room
This pretty, romantic room (18ft x 16ft) has a King size (5ft) 'sleigh' bed and faces East over the gardens towards the Chiltern Hills. Spacious, en-suite bathroom with slipper bath and seprate shower.
The Nye Rates
Self Contained Flat:
£300 for two nights,
minimum stay 2 nights,
£130 each night after.
Private entrance, fully fitted kitchen, sitting room, bathroom and bedroom with king size (5ft) bed.
We will require a deposit of 50% of the total cost, payable in advance by cheque (payable to Friars Ford) or bank transfer, sorry no credit cards. Cancellation within 5 days will result in a loss of deposit unless we can re-book the room.
